1) Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we have specific rules regarding returns and refunds.

• No General Returns: Returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged or the machine is not working upon delivery.
• Refund Requests: Customers must contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate a refund inquiry.
• Non-Refundable Items: Opened lubricants, engine/mobil oils, and consumables cannot be returned once used.
• Batteries: Refunds for batteries depend on usage. A deduction will be made based on the portion of the battery already consumed.
• Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be included in any refund issued.
• Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after inspection.

2) Shipping & Service Policy

We take pride in ensuring timely and reliable delivery of our machinery and accessories across Pakistan.

• Coverage: Currently, we deliver only within Pakistan. Expansion to international shipping will be announced as our business grows.
• Delivery Time: Orders are usually delivered within 4–5 business days, depending on location and logistics.
• Shipping Partners: We work with trusted logistics and courier services to ensure safe handling and quick delivery of heavy equipment and accessories.
• Order Tracking: Customers can track their orders through their account on our website once the dispatch is confirmed.
• Installation Service: For machinery and heavy equipment, we also provide installation and setup services upon delivery, where applicable.
• Charges: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or communicated by our team before dispatch. For large machinery, transportation charges may vary.
